Do you want him back at Celtic? Benched at Rennes, left out by Japan – Celtic fans may HATE what Ex-Celtic ace Kyogo vows to keep doing to…

Kyogo Furuhashi, the Japanese striker who left Celtic for Rennes in January, has expressed his gratitude for being called up to the Japan national team despite struggling for game time at his new club.

Kyogo has found it difficult to break into the Rennes team, starting only one game and making just four appearances since his move. However, he was still selected for Japan’s World Cup qualifying double header against Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

The 30-year-old striker has acknowledged his struggles at Rennes, but is determined to keep fighting and prove himself. He is expected to play a role in Japan’s second match against Saudi Arabia after being left out of the starting lineup for the first game against Bahrain.

Kyogo’s determination and gratitude for the national team call-up are admirable, and he will be hoping to use the opportunity to regain his form and confidence.
