The 31-year-old goalkeeper was praised by his England teammates, including Arsenal midfielder Declan Rice, who responded to Pickford’s Instagram post with a “smiling face with love eyes emoji”. Pickford had posted about the team’s strong performance and clean sheet against Latvia.
