Tottenham Star Ben Davies Fuels Leeds United Transfer Speculation with Admission About Joe Rodon
Tottenham Hotspur defender Ben Davies has sparked speculation about a potential transfer to Leeds United after making an interesting admission about his Wales teammate Joe Rodon. Davies, who has been linked with a move to Elland Road, revealed that he and Rodon are “very close” and enjoy playing together.
Speaking in a pre-match press conference for Wales, Davies said: “We’re very close, when we get the chance to play with each other we feel really happy. Joe’s a terrific player, I think he’s showing how good he is now after getting a run of games at Leeds.”
Davies’ comments have fueled speculation that he could join Rodon at Leeds United in the summer transfer window. The Tottenham defender has been linked with a move to Elland Road, and his admission about his close relationship with Rodon has only added to the speculation.
Leeds United are also reportedly interested in signing Manor Solomon, who is currently on loan at the club. Solomon has impressed during his loan spell, and Leeds are confident that they can secure his signature on a permanent deal.
However, any potential transfer for Davies or Solomon will depend on Leeds United’s Premier League status next season. Both players are likely to want to play in the top flight, so Leeds will need to secure promotion to the Premier League to have any chance of signing them.
With Davies and Solomon potentially on the radar, Leeds United fans will be eagerly anticipating the summer transfer window to see if the club can pull off some major signings.
